Write to me, I read everything on Sunday

I am not a business and I do not have a support desk. There is a post office box and there is an email address, and both reach the same retired man at the same kitchen table.

Post

P.O. Box 61114, 25 The West Mall, Etobicoke, ON M9C 1B8

Paper is fine. If you send a letter, put your email on it too — I answer faster that way.

My address is written below by a small script, because I got tired of scraping bots. If you have JavaScript turned off, use the postal address above.

What I will and will not answer

• Will answer: corrections, outdated facts, "the lifts did this weird thing", parking questions, whether a particular day is likely to be foggy.
• Will not answer: ticket requests, refunds, group bookings, anything that requires me to sell you something. I cannot help with those and I would only be forwarding you to the operator anyway.

If your email is about a broken link on this site, thank you in advance. I fix those on Sundays too.
