By reading this site you agree to the ordinary things below. There is no account to create and nothing to accept with a checkbox; reading is the whole transaction.
What this site is
An independent planning guide about the tower in Toronto, written by a retired elevator mechanic. It is not affiliated with the tower, the operator, or any ticket seller. It does not sell tickets, take bookings, or process payments of any kind.
Accuracy
I write from memory and from a notebook, and I check what I can. Opening hours, ticket rules and prices change and are set by the operator, not by me. If a detail here disagrees with the operator's own site, believe the operator. Corrections are welcome and I fix them on Sundays.
No professional advice
Nothing here is safety advice for the tower's machinery, medical advice for anyone's fear of heights, or legal advice about anything. It is one man's notes about a building.
Links out
Where I link to the operator's site, I do so because that is where tickets are actually sold. Those links are not paid and I earn nothing from them. Sites I link to have their own terms and their own privacy policies.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. I try to keep it correct and available, but I do not promise either. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for decisions you make based on these pages — including the decision to stand on a glass floor.
